It is with pleasure that I welcome you to our web site and take this opportunity to brief you about Crescent Steel & Allied Products Limited. CSAPL’s foundations are laid on sound ethical business principles, with emphasis on providing the best value to its customers and an unwavering commitment towards employee development. This is ensured by following a strict code of corporate governance, propounding and exhibiting quality in all its systems, strengthening relationships with all its stakeholders and continuous enhancement of its employees skill set.

During the last eighteen years, CSAPL has been the industry leader in large diameter pipes. The company has grown and strengthened considerably, through proactive management strategies and the diligent efforts of its staff, aided to some degree by stable economic conditions.

Our strategy has been to consistently explore new avenues of growth and diversification, especially in areas where we can capitalize on existing strengths. In addition we have always kept a vigilant eye towards the evolving environment, continuously realigning our efforts to meet the challenges of change.

We have been consistently upgrading our manufacturing facilities and have recently added an offline ultrasonic system at the pipe plant and an acid wash facility to our coating plant.

As we look to the future, we are excited about our opportunities and believe CSAPL will continue to expand profitably for the benefit of its customers, shareholders, employees, and other stakeholders. Our senior technical management encompass well over 150 years of cumulative technical experience in the engineering sector. Middle management also comprises mostly of professionals who have been geared and equipped to better respond to changing conditions. Their knowledge, abilities and skills have ensured that CSAPL is able to meet all challenges head on. The management is supported in its task by special committees that meet on a regular basis to assess progress towards goals and raise red flags when deemed necessary.

The management structure is functional and broad based. An open door policy is in place and employees are encouraged to delegate and empower their subordinates.

One of the main responsibilities of the Human Resource Department is to actively strive to improve the quality of work life (QWL) of its employees. We have introduced over the years many benefits and schemes for our employees and continuously strive to add to these from time to time.

In line with our strategy of continuous skill enhancement, one batch of our employees comprising of middle and higher level management have recently undergone a 21 month long diploma in Business Management (DBM) from the prestigious Lahore University of Management Sciences. A second batch is also nearing completion.
