Job Description Monthly Management Reporting
1. Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts of Company and Subsidiaries.
2. Co-coordinating and monitoring of monthly closing activities with various process owners.
Statutory Financial Reporting and Analysis for Meetings
3. Preparation of Annual / Quarterly Financial Statements (Separate and consolidated) of the Company in accordance with IFRS and local laws.
4. Coordination with External and Internal Auditors.
5. Preparation of analysis, commentaries and presentation for Board Meetings.
6. Preparation of ratios and KPIs for statutory published reports.
Business Operations
7. Maintaining overall chart of accounts including natural account, general ledger in Oracle E-Business Suite.
8. Maintaining record of new suppliers, customers, bank account etc.
9. Perform investment appraisal and financial due diligence for approved key decision packages (capital expenditures).
Budgeting Exercise
10. Prepare balance sheet and profit & loss budgets for the company and its subsidiaries.
11. Prepare annual budget for the Company and its subsidiaries.
12. Coordinate with Business Units to analyze variances between budgeted and actual expenses/revenues.
