The position is responsible to optimize the operational and administrative functions of the marketing and sales department, ensuring efficient execution and strategic alignment with organizational goals. Standard (not exhaustive) requirements of the position are listed below:

Job Description

  1. Manage client contract executions
  2. Support HoM&S in strategic tasks and new business development
  3. Generate leads via client visits, participation in exhibitions/events, cold calling, etc
  4. Manage client visits to the factory (Nooriabad)
  5. Collect, analyse, and present primary data to management for better decision making
  6. Secondary data research to help us get business leads and to engage relevant organizations
  7. Tender and other necessary documents preparation/submission and subsequent order management
  8. Liaison with customer regarding in-hand and upcoming projects, resolution of issues, etc
  9. Preparation/submission of claims (where needed) and resolution of disputes/litigations (if any)
  10. Manage internal/external audits
  11. ERP order management
  12. Manage Marketing and Sales databases
  13. Manage performance of subordinates
  14. Ensure optimal customer satisfaction
  15. Management of line pipe logistics
  16. Follow-up for receivable from debtors
  17. Implement API/QHSE procedures and ensure product/process quality.
