Job Description

  • Responsible for fixing and repairing all electrical appliances and ensuring their maintenance.
  • Responsible for checking the serviceability of all telephone lines, PABX system, fax machine, supervise telephone line repairs and coordinate with contractors, if required.
  • Responsible for keeping the generator in working condition, maintain record of repair and maintenance, fuel consumption and arrange oil/filter change.
  • Responsible for supervising plumbing work through contractor.
  • Responsible for arranging service repairs of all air conditioners and maintain a monthly record of consumption.
  • Responsible for maintaining the consumption of electrical items, bulbs, tube lights, etc.
