Job Description

  • Participate in rotational assignments across departments.
  • Support daily business activities and contribute to the achievement of departmental and organizational goals.
  • Work closely with managers and team to understand internal processes and business strategies.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to aid decision-making.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to implementation plans.
  • Take initiative on assigned projects and provide periodic progress updates.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly presentations summarizing learnings, key contributions, and insights from each departmental rotation.
