Job Description

  • Assist in day-to-day technical and operational activities within assigned departments.
  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects.
  • Support daily business activities and contribute to the achievement of departmental and organizational goals.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and conduct root-cause analysis.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand plant operations and technical workflows.
  • Collect and analyze data related to equipment performance, production, and maintenance.
  • Follow safety, quality, and compliance protocols.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly presentations summarizing learnings, key contributions, and insights from each departmental rotation.
